HUMBOLDT BARTENDING SERVICES
INVENTORY REQUIRED FOR AN EFFECTIVE BAR
Ø Several types of alcohol:
o Rye (maybe scotch - depending on your guests tastes)
o Vodka
o Rum
o Gin
o Red & White wine (Fridge access for white wine)
(Vodka/Rum Coolers)
Ø Mix:
o Coke
o Seven up
o Ginger ale
o Water
o Orange juice (for vodka)
o Clamato
o Pitchers for easy mix pour (hall may have these on hand)
Ø Lemons/limes (sliced for drinks- which we supply)
Ø Several types of most popular beer:
o Canadian
o Pilsner
o Coors Lite (any light beer)
Ø Freezer access for ice storage
Ø Bucket OR pail – ICE (at least 12-15 bags)
Ø Cash box with float (preferably $100.00, tickets sold by us/cash bar - we supply all but the float)
Ø Plastic glasses for:
o Regular size for mixed drinks
o Plastic wine glasses
o Large size for beer (glass bottles are not allowed in dance area)
Ø We will supply:
o Wine corkscrews, bottle openers, tongs, ice bowls
o Sliced fruit, fixings for Caesars
This should complete effective bar requirements.
